I agree with you. A nice Epson salt bath where I soak for 15–20 min AFTER. An hour long gentle or yin yoga really helps me to reset.
I’ve become addicted to yoga that we all should be practicing yoga at lunch and taking mini yoga centric breaks throughout the day. It grounds you, washes away residue from other people’s stress as well as the “stuff” that lingers around you. Then add a glass of Pinot Noir and wonderful music. Yes. Inhale and exhale and experience a deep peace.
